The joint model worked out by the partners is orientated towards the requirements of the target group. The model is based on an integrated approach.

It is geared toward the requirements of the target group, the need of the labour market, the specific preparation of the trainers as well as other important aspects that are necessary for the objected and sensible integration of refugees, displaced and repatriated persons into the labour market.

The jointly developed transnational model for the development of courses contains the following measures:

• Determination of the target group?s need for qualification based on the situation of the national and local labour markets.
  
  
• Determination of the target group?s need for qualification based on their former education and employment in their home countries.
  
  
• Determination of individual factors within the target group (knowledge of language, legal situation as regards residence permit), that are relevant for the success of measures concerning job qualification and employment.
  
  
• Development of the course offers compensating shortcomings in qualification considering the requirements of labour market.
  
  
• Training of trainers concerning the specific demands of the courses and the target group.
  
  
• The selection of participants.
  
  
• The realisation of the courses.
  
  
• Examination of the acquired knowledge.
  
  
• Evaluation of the courses vis-a-vis their aims.
