The joint model of the development of courses

The joint model worked out by the partners is orientated towards the requirements of the target group. The model is based on an integrated approach.

It is geared toward the requirements of the target group, the need of the labour market, the specific preparation of the trainers as well as other important aspects that are necessary for the objected and sensible integration of refugees, displaced and repatriated persons into the labour market.

The jointly developed transnational model for the development of courses contains the following measures:

Future projects should also be able to use this model for the integration of the target group.

The modular system allows the individual adaptation of each course-part for specific demands, but it also guarantees vocational measures for different target groups.

Herewith IN.LAN.DER did important preparatory work concerning further measures for the integration of disadvantaged persons on the respective labour markets.
