Dissemination Brochure The realisation of the project

The design of the project was developed within the framework of intensive co-operation between the participating national organisations.

Regular transnational meetings and continuous exchange of information ensured the consequent pursuance of the defined aims during implementation.

Each organisation contributed specific experience in the field of integration, to the complete project. They had the opportunity to fall back on other countries? experiences and use them for the realisation of their own projects; the effects of synergy are an important factor in the success of the overall project.

The result was an concentrated action in the following areas:

• Determination of the target groups? need for qualification through advice and survey.
  
  
• Training for trainers regarding the specific requirements of their tasks.
  
  
• Co-operation with governmental institutions in the area of the labour market as regards the job prospects of refugees, migrants and repatriated persons.
  
  
• Raising awareness of employers, their bodies and employees as regards the enlarged qualification profiles of the target group.
  
  
• Raising awareness of society and public as regards the possibilities of integration measures in the field of employment and social life and their effectiveness.
  
  
• Information and enlightenment of the public to reduce xenophobia.
